Shooting at Leighton Criminal Courthouse - Shooter in Custody

The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that a person was shot at 26th and California, in front of the Leighton Criminal Court Building.

What we know so far:

• The victim is 22 years old
• The victim was attempting to enter the court building when he was shot
• The victim was shot six times, and is in critical condition 
• Two off-duty police officers witnessed the shooting, and arrested the shooter
• Charges are pending
