BREAKING NEWS - Illinois Senate Approves Tougher Sentences For Repeat Gun Offenders

Chicago Democratic Sen. Kwame Raoul pushed a State bill through in Springfield, and today that bill has been approved by the Illinois Senate. The Senate voted 35 - 9 in favor of the bill. Raoul says it would only apply to those facing sentencing and who already have gun violence on their records.
