Missing - High Risk due to mental health issues:

5 foot 7, 150 pounds, brown eyes, black hair, medium brown complexion

Last seen: 

6:25 p.m. Wednesday, November 20th, in the 1300 block of South Springfield Avenue. She was wearing an olive green North Face jacket, a blue and white shirt, blue jeans and purple Timberland boots
